The play follows the daily lives of a group of vagrants in 'cardboard city', near Waterloo Station. It centres around Baggy, an Eton educated dropout from the sixties and his invisible friend, Malcolm. A serial killer is murdering his way through the community when Lisa, a young girl new to the road, appears. Baggy decides, with the help of female vagrant, Blossom Trolley, to try and persuade Lisa to return home. Meanwhile a mysterious stranger arrives on a quest for a lost relative just as the murderer starts killing Baggy's colleagues, one by one.

This is the story of a woman, (Jan), slipping into the black hole of depression. Keith, her husband and also a reformed alcoholic at first fails to realise that Jan is suffering from this illness, believing that her mood swings are a result of two things. The first is his love of amateur dramatics, (which Jan loathes) and the second is the intense pressure that she, a teacher, is finding herself under at school.We can physically see the turmoil that Jan's brain is going through with the presence of characters Yin and Yang, who represent the positive and negative sides of the brain. These two comedy characters are never acknowledged by the other actors on stage. Resembling too ugly sisters they flit about the stage causing havoc.By the end of act one, Keith has successfully pulled Jan back from the brink. However, during act two we see the results of his efforts, and the toll it has taken on his own health. Jan has thrown herself into her new hobby of rambling, often leaving Keith on his own while she goes walking with her club. Yin, seizes this opportunity to tempt Keith back to alcohol. Jan goes on a walking holiday, and while she is away Keith, led on by a now very sexy rejuvenated Yin goes, on an alcohol bender, climaxing in a very glitzy 'razzamatazz' song and dance routine with her. Yin then seduces him, and takes him to bed. Now suffering from very bad DT's, he awakes to find, not Yin, but a gorilla lying under the duvet next to him, just as Jan returns home. Slowly it dawns on Jan that depression casts its effects not just on the person that is suffering it, but also on those around that person.

A ghost hunt with a twist. It is Paul Belmont's fiftieth birthday and he relates to the audience an event that happened to him on his eighteenth birthday in the 1960's. As he does so his thoughts are acted out stage left. Eventually an event happens that he knew nothing about and so shocks him that he finds himself travelling back through time to confront the perpetrator, completing the full circle.

Four dental hygienists, Dawn, Rachel, Fiona, and Maggie have been out celebrating Dawns' hen night with her dentist boss, Babs. They return in very high spirits to Babs' thirteenth century Manor House, much the worse for drink. As they sit in the garden, Babs tells them the history of the house, in particular the cellar. She explains that years ago, it was used for Devil worshipping, when a young virgin bride to be, was offered up to the Devil as a fertility right. To everyone's surprise, Dawn admits to them all that she is still a virgin. Spurred on by this statement, more drink and an impromptu séance, (in which they receive a message from 'Old Nick') all the girls decide to go down to the cellar (which is in fact the auditorium) and leave the stage. Here the mood and high spirits change dramatically when the cellar door mysteriously slams shut. The play continues for sometime within the audience in total darkness, and with some disturbing sound effects, during which Dawn finds herself separated from the others. What are those sounds? Did the girls conjure up the Devil? Was it just a coincidence? Or was it a case of mass hysteria brought on by too much wine? Eventually the door opens by itself, and they make their escape. Dawn is distraught, and convinced she has been raped by the Devil. However, Babs seems to have a logical explanation about everything that happened to them. That is, until she takes a phone call from Dawn's boyfriend, and in the last line of the play imparts some disturbing news to the other girls

Larger-than-life Queenie, (a fellow ' inmate') makes it known that if ever she has a stroke, she wants someone to put a pillow on her face. A few months later and Queenie succumbs to the illness herself. So who will do the deed? The young care assistant Sheena or the owners ' punk' son Spike? This play has a wealth of middle-aged and elderly comedy characters, who deal with the subject of old age, illness, death and euthanasia, in a lighthearted and touching way. Through laughter and tears.

A very powerful play with strong language. This play was written a young audience in mind, to pass on via the stage, the awfulness of the Great War. Three young football hooligans, have travelled down from Essex to watch their team perform in the village of Morton, Devon. The play starts with fight taking place in a public house (noises off). The three young hooligans are eventually expelled from the pub, and spill out onto the stage. The leader of this small motley gang, (Smiffie) throws a flowerpot through the pub window and they make their escape through the audience. An old tramp, makes a bed for himself on the park bench, stage right of a War Memorial, and covers himself up with newspapers. The three young thugs, eventually end up next to the War Memorial. Where they take drugs, and under pressure from Smiffie, one of the gang members reluctantly sprays the War Memorial with paint. Their presence, disturbs the tramp. Initially friendly, he gains their trust and shares a bottle of liquor with them. However his mood changes, when he discovers the graffiti on the Memorial. He is appalled that the three do not seem to know what the memorial represents, (one of them even thinking that it is a grave for someone called "Lestwe Forget"). In his fury he starts to tell a story of the First World War, insisting that they listen to it. As he does so he rechristens the three with names from the Memorial. As his story starts to unfold, actors perform it on the thrust stage in front of him. Slowly, the three thugs take on the personality of Harry Fenton, Tom Kendrick, and Frederick Lear, and they now talk in thick Devon accents. The play follows these three 1914 farm workers, to the trenches of the First World War, the effects on the women they leave behind and finally the battle of the Somme. (During parts of this play, the tramp narrates and pictures from the period are projected. With sound effects the horror that was the First World War is recreated) Finally the three return to the twenty-first century. Smiffie has been severely effected by the experience, whilst his two companions remember nothing, and thinking he's having a bad trip, leave him alone on stage. In the final scene, in tears he salutes the memorial, and poppies cascade down. The audience are now left with the decision. Did the three actually travel back in time, or, was it just the effects of the drugs?

During the evening Michael learns that the vicar's wife disappeared exactly a year ago. Recreating a famous seance scene from one of his plays, Gabrielle, a newcomer to the group successfully makes contact with the missing woman and discovers her killer. A tragic and mysterious ending when the real Michael D'Sainte turns up.

Tyron Moore, is a high earning, man about town, who openly admits to loving and bedding as many woman as he possibly can. He is hoping to better himself and climb further up the social ladder, by joining the exclusive Gerards Gaming Club. Unfortunately, in order to do this he has gone into debt to the tune of two hundred and forty thousand pounds. This is owed to Vernon Pearson, the club's 'special' entertainment secretary. Vernon agrees to waver this debt on one condition. Tyron will have to seduce and make love to Vernon's secretary Carol, whilst under the watchful eyes of surveillance cameras. Meaning he will be watched by most of the club members. Reluctantly, Tyron agrees.Arrangements have been made by Vernon, for Tyron to meet Carol at the Le Piêge De Miel wine bar the following evening. Tyron duly turns up for the meeting, only to find to his horror that Carol is a gay man. Now faced with the prospect of seducing a male, what follows is a hilarious game of 'strip brag', as the seemingly out and out heterosexual, buoyed up with whisky, attempts to get Carol's clothes off. This action takes place stage left, on a split stage, with Vernon and friend Bunny watching and commenting, via the television, stage right.All is not what it seems however, and just when the audience think they know which way the play is going, it changes direction and has an unusual twist in the tail, not revealed until the last page of dialogue.

Based around an awards night for the local amateur drama clubs, the audience could be forgiven for thinking that they are watching a very badly written play. They are! Then it all changes, and its realised its a play within a play. Characters and accents change completely, and the audience settles down to enjoy the production, only to discover in the last few pages that its actually a play, within a play, within a play! Shakespeare! Bloody Shakespeare!
