Synopsis:

A female doctor and two patients, a priest and a professional hit-man, find themselves together in the otherwise empty accident-emergency room of a rundown city hospital late one Saturday night. Through her doctor patient relationship and the priest's vows, both are bound to silence over what the hit-man tells them. Dilemmas abound, and are intensified when a badly mutilated and dying prostitute is brought in by the man who did it, and who is also the reason for the priest's stab wound. Knowing the evil murderer will escape justice, do the priest and the doctor sacrifice everything they believe in to see that he does not, as they do after all, have the man capable of the task right there? But, unfortunately for them, he too has ethics and if he were to simply kill him for free he would be just a common murderer. Will they pay him the dollar each he requires to see the evil and sadistic killer pay for his crime?
