Steven Gration is a director, writer, actor, puppeteer and teacher having taught drama, acting and media studies in post-primary, indigenous and tertiary institutions around the country. He has worked with professional theatre companies including Handspan and Kite theatre and has been a guest artist in Mexico, Singapore, Japan, France, England and the USA. Steven was nominated for a Victorian Green Room Directors Award for his production of Roger Bennetts Funerals and Circuses.

Radio Daze

Synopsis:
On the eve of Robert Menzies election to the Prime Ministership in December 1949, on the platform of anti-Communism, a small South Australian radio station fights for its programming and ownership independence. On-air broadcasts of serials, jingles, news and quizzes are juxtaposed with arguments behind-the-scenes and competing interests from within and without the radio station.
