Synopsis:
even in his final hour, Jesus left us with seven last word which would not only draw us closer to each other, but would also draw us eternally to himself; they were indeed lessons to learn and things to remember. But, have you ever wondered just what those even last words could possibly mean? Christ Victorious is a modern day play based on the seven last words, which seeks to answer this question. It's filled with music, dance, and poetry, this modern day play will break down each 'Word' allowing its relevancy to be applied in a modern day sense; at the same time, it helps the audience to see Jesus in a loving, kind, and fatherly role--the hand between "God and man," and "man and man." With each word we will unravel the mystery of the seven last words that has been with us since Jesus died on the cross.
