Synopsis:
Everybody's leaving, and they're all going to Gort. Two cultures, thousands of miles apart, are thrown together in this dynamic and uplifting tale of a real town in Ireland. Exploring the impact of the arrival of Brazilian migrant workers to Gort in 1999 this is an intertwining of true personal stories, told in the words of the townspeople. This is essential theatre, where the actors step into the skin of the characters and the stories are the heart of everything. Performed by a duo who have gathered a passionate following for their humorous and provocative approach. Come and celebrate Little Brazil!
