Comfort Me With Apples

Synopsis:
Three days after marrying Melanie Barry is conscripted for eighteen months on a polar expedition. Lonely she turns for comfort from her next door neighbour, Roy. It is not long before Roy moves in with her. then they hear that the expedition has been cut short and Barry is on his way home.
