Suffocating tells the story of Charlotte, an unfortunate girl who is given up to a world of violence, drugs, prostitution and her eventual incarceration into an institution. Suffocating also challenges the emotions of the audience as they are drawn into the world of Charlotte and the issues as she was growing up.
