| Synopsis: | In the tradition of "Noises Off" comes a play the theatre doesn't really need: a play about a bunch of actors putting on a play! But what the heck, what's one more? The story has to do with Jacquie and her screwed up actors preparing for their production of Romeo and Juliet. And along with any bad production comes the usual problems: people forget lines, the sound and light cues don't go as programmed, flashers are arrested, turkey legs are used as lethal devices, actresses go into labor, etc., etc., etc. . ..you know the drill! But as much as we've seen several plays about the theatre, this one is as fresh as anyone you'll ever produce. It's great for an entire class production and it has plenty of female roles! | |||||
