Synopsis: In the music industry of the near future, where 'sex, drugs, and rock and roll' are still part of everyday business, one band manages to put their own unusual spin on this tenet. With some skillful songwriting by the band's robot drummer, the group becomes a rousing pop phenomenon, but the pressures of success and the corporate, image-shaping, music industry machine may just be too much to keep this band alive. Can the band survive these pressures? The 'artistic differences' that are splintering them apart? The drug-induced depressive funk their robot has slipped into? And is society even ready to accept a robot rock band? Love is Good is a bizarre skewering of rock culture that seeks to answer these questions and also serves as a satiric morality play. . .maybe. . . | ||||
