Toyota Dreaming was shortlisted for the 2001 Griffin Award for New Australian Playwriting.

Toyota Dreaming

Synopsis:
Toyota Dreaming is a play about white Australians thrust into the foreignness of a remote South Australian Aboriginal community. The characters are portrayed by Aboriginal actors to demonstrate the distorted views white Australians have about Aboriginal lives.
