Casina

Casina was abandoned as a child and brought up as a servant. The son of the household, Euthynicus, falls in love with her and they are due to get married. However, Euthynicus' father wants to have Casina as his concubine. He arranges for his son to be sent abroad and for his slave to marry Casina - in name only so that he can have his way with her
