Drew Carnwath is a Toronto-based playwright, actor and teacher whose plays have been produced in New York, Montreal and Toronto. A member of Tarragon Theatre's 96/97 Playwrights Unit, Drew was also a member of The Advanced Actor's Company at the Banff Centre from 1993 to 1995. His latest play, I Dream of the Living, won first prize at The Canadian National Playwriting Competition (one-act) and second prize at the Canadian One-Act Playwriting Competition. Drew hopes to build cross-discipline theatre which explores the complexities and absurdities of the human experience& and other stuff, too.
