Kathleen Buckstaff is a performance artist and a playwright. Kathleen's one-woman show The Tiffany Box, a love remembered opened at The Theatre Artist Studio in Phoenix, Arizona in November of 2010 and played to sold out houses. In January of 2011, Kathleen performed The Tiffany Box at The Marsh in San Francisco again to a sold out theater. The Tiffany Box had its New York debut as part of The United Solo Festival in November 2012. Kathleen attended Stanford University where she earned a BA in Creative Writing and a MA in Journalism. After Stanford, she worked as a humor columnist for The Los Angeles Times and The Arizona Republic writing about her life as a mother of three children. Audience response inspired Kathleen to expand the play into a memoir. The Tiffany Box, a memoir was released in May of 2013 and was honored as a USA Best Book Awards Finalist. In addition to her theatre work, Kathleen teaches writing workshops in California and Arizona. Her home is in the San Francisco Bay Area.
