Boychev is a political satirist and comedian. In the 90s his specific blend of absurd humour, surrealism and satirical eloquence brought him international acclaim. Set in an asylum, a group of variously troubled individuals establish an unlikely independent state and try to join the UN. When the UN fails to turn up the group decides to march en masse to Strasbourg.
