Synopsis:
In Superfluous Disgruntlement, Steve Bird attempts to catch his demons as they slip out of his grasp, in the process tackling issues such as neurotic resistance to relationships, hostility towards authority, adventures with anti-depressants, existentialism, clowns, creative self-sabotage, pornography, scatological obsessions, and the elevation of soulless somnambulism of celebrity into the post-monotheistic pagan pantheon. It may be lack of preparation, it may be a nervous breakdown, it may remain in question as Bird flies without the net after falling from his Nietzschean tightrope into a Kierkegaardian abyss. He's been known to go blue, but he'll blush with shame."
