Synopsis:

America's greatest clown takes on the ogre in the Kremli. Harpo Marx, visiting Moscow, rides to the rescue of a pair of star-crossed lovers. Jokes and songs, thrills and spills as Harpo confronts a grieving Stalin in his lair. A political parable recounted in the manner of a Marx Brothers movie.
