Score

Synopsis:
Score is inspired by the true stories of parents recovering from addiction. The play follows Hannah and Kirsty, childhood friends who've been through everything together: playground fights, rubbish boyfriends, heroin addiction, missing dogs, and motherhood. There have been bad times, but the two are bonded through their singing - you harmonise best with someone you know, no matter what they put you through.

Notes:
Featuring a capella singing and contemporary arrangements by Verity Standen (creator of celebrated choral performance HUG), Score takes inspiration from parents' frank and funny accounts of addiction, recovery and getting their kids back.
