Synopsis: | Narrator is a mythical replacement for the lost ritual of a child's transformation into adulthood. Using puppetry with live video projection, unscripted acts of human violence, sexuality, and shamanism, Narrator is a division between the implosion of the contrived, scripted texts and media, and the expansion of ecstasy. Narrator examines the image as a new God, re-presentation as contemporary vision, and petitions for the invisible substance, at the core of theatre, in an era of distance | |||||
