Eddie Antar is a member playwright of The Workshop Theatre Company in New York City. His body of work includes eleven full length plays and many one acts. His full lengths In the Face of the Enemy's Child and Life on Hold were performed by the Delphi Theatre of Manhattan. In 2012, The Workshop Theatre's production of The Navigator received 2 Drama Desk nominations and 8 New York Innovative Theater Award nominations (winning for outstanding Director and Outstanding Lighting Design), was a New York Times Critic's Pick, a Back Stage Critic's Pick and a Flavor Pill Editor's Pick. The Navigator has been optioned for an Off Broadway production and has been published by Smith and Kraus, Inc. in NEW PLAYWRIGHTS: THE BEST PLAYS OF 2012.
