Honors and residencies: ACTF's Lorraine Hansberry's Playwriting Award, Jackson County Missouri Education Award, and Van Lier Playwriting Fellowship. American Theater magazine named Christina one of the fifteen up-and-coming theater artists "whose work will be transforming American stages for decades to come." Christina graduated from Brown University obtaining honors in Creative Writing.
