Carolyn Jenks Agency is a full-service literary agency made up of talented and curious professionals who are looking for a place to create and execute strategic plans for writers of excellence. We were founded at the Overseas Press Club in New York, in 1979, by an independent Carolyn Jenks, who managed a stable of emerging novelists and playwrights. Her non-fiction clients include internationally known journalists and historians. In order to play and win in the new age of media communications and the changed publishing environment in 2009 we began to restructure and regroup, culminating with the arrival of a diverse team (awesome) of extraordinary talents. A passion for our work informs our nimble team of book hunters who consider it a priviledge to create exciting, fun, and meaningful cross-platform strategies for our clients.
