Synopsis: | After her prominent husband disappears, a woman nervously protects her secrets from an invasive neighboring couple who love her, a con man she absentmindedly picks up in a local restaurant, and an otherworldly old woman, who is squatting in the gardener's shed. Bequeathed a gorgeous giant garden, she stands athwart her gazebo to both invite and delay their discoveries. Her search to understand her own mind is exceedingly stressful. She cannot figure out what she wants to know and what she does not want to know. The others greedily pursue and come very close, indeed.

Synopsis: | One brother cornered by fear of death, another brother slowly melting down into his youthful past; they fish around for some place in the middle. They swim together and apart until their wills are broken. They are "helped" by their companions, one imaginary, the other all too real. One believes in winter, the other believes in spring. Long ago, they wanted to fly like birds; to invent a flyer. The Wright brothers beat them to it. Late in life, the search for fame and fortune ends and changes hands.
