Synopsis:

Emperor Tiberius has his nephew and wife executed for treason. Their children Drusilla and Caligula are brought to court. Now adults the two are having an incestuous relationship which intensifies when Tiberius dies and Caligula becomes Emperor. The Senate want him to get married to stop the rumours of his relationship with his sister. When Drusilla dies Caligula descends into madness
