Dante Russo is a graduate of Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and Directing. While at Emerson, he spent semesters in Boston, Los Angeles, and The Netherlands. For the Vital Theatre Company, he penned the book and lyrics to "Extraordinary" which won "Outstanding Music and Lyrics" at the 2005 International Fringe Festival in New York City. He also wrote the libretto to "Radiant Ruby" (Vital Theatre Company) and "City of Silence" (2003 Workshop at The Boston Center for the Arts). He is currently working on "City of Silence" and the new song cycle "Broke Love." Dante lives in New York and is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association.
