Dan Remmes is a professional playwright, actor and screenwriter who has appeared on stages across the country, as well as in film and television. He was a winner of the prestigious New York Foundation for the Arts fellowship for play writing and screenwriting. His award-winning plays have received readings and productions throughout the U.S. and Canada featuring OSCAR-WINNING, TONY-WINNING, EMMY-WINNING and OBIE-WINNING actors. As an actor, Mr. Remmes has appeared in theatres from New York to Los Angeles and on such television shows as LAW & ORDER: SVU, BLIND JUSTICE, CONVICTION, LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT, LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN and more. He is the book-writer for Broadway-bound GRUMPY OLD MEN: THE MUSICAL and his feature screenplay, UNION SQUARE, is in pre-production. GEORGE-a short film he wrote, directed and stars in-is currently in post-production.
