Synopsis: A drag queen takes in a young boy who has run away from home despite objections from his best friend and his brother. The very religous father pursues his son and gets him back and the drag queen "Marlene" is arrested since it turns out the boy has been sexually assaulted. But who has done it? The drag queen is exonerated but meets once again with the boy in the park where they first met and all is revealed in a thrilling climax where the park is surrounded by religious fanatics.

She gets her fairy tale in the end after several obstacles, even though it turns out to be shortlived.
