Synopsis: | Rowena Pledger tells her parents, Lillian and Bert, that her engagement to Horace is over and that she is now going out with an Italian footballer. The hire purchase company arrive to take away items that they have not kept up the payments on. Then to top it all Grandma arrives for a prolonged visit. She heavy handedly tries to sort things out. She thinks the football pools is gambling and tears up Bert's coupon to cure him. It was a winning one. She finds a very inappropriate girl for Horace in the hopes that it will make Rowena jealous. Grandma hates monkeys and Bert works at the Monkey House in the zoo. He and son Tim dress up as monkeys in the hope of frightening her away. But a real monkey has escaped from the zoo as is on the loose | |||||
