Ros specialises in comedy with a 'bite'. Her one-act stage plays, sketches and monologues have been very well received at festivals and entertainment evenings. 'Our James' has won several festival awards. A collection of shorts and monologues (Full Circle) has also been popular. Ros's first radio play about a call centre, won a BBC radio drama competition and was broadcast throughout the Northwest. She has also twice been runner-up for the Lynda La Plante screenplay competition. Thanks for Having Me is her first full-length play and was described in Amateur stage, as a 'delightful two act comedy.' Several plays have been written for all-women casts, with feisty parts for mature actresses.
