Notes:

2 Acts - 19 Scenes - 9 Songs - 161 pages. The stage can be intricate as in my design or simple as long as there's space for a bedroom (preferably above the main set) and space on the floor in front of the stage for the actors.

Synopsis:

It is a comedy with songs where the local fishermen come to the tavern after a long hard day. There they meet the wandering Storyteller. They request a happy story from him and in the telling, they become part of a story about the love a poor boy has for a Tavernkeeper's daughter and the lust for her in the black heart of a nobleman's son.
