Synopsis: | Ladies Aloud brings together a pair of moving stories, told direct from the heart of two worldly-wise women revealing the twists and turns of their lives. In Pardon Me. . .I'm Talking, Edwina from Surrey appears to have the perfect marriage and the ideal suburban family. However, underneath the gloss lies a simmering cauldron of emotion. In My Other Life, Helen from New England is the all-American widow; religious and community spirited. Yet no-one could imagine her shocking other life from 60 years ago. Ladies Aloud explores the lives of women who are at a point where they can at last reflect and finally take control. | |||||
