Synopsis: Madagascar is the story of a marriage quietly unraveling in the wake of a lost child. Revealing itself in intimate vignettes, it moves from love's final moments, through rages, silences, and missed opportunities for redemption, back to its tender beginnings. Lines versus words, love against anger. Michelle and John aspire to be what the other one needs, but theyre just 'two half people' trying to make a whole. Will a child bring them together, or deepen their struggle? When that child is lost, can old wounds heal to make room for new sorrows?
