| Synopsis: | Gary is an artist, Jak and Liz are budding entrepreneurs. They believe that the people of Swansea dont appreciate the finer things in life. They want to give the city a bit of class, a bit of Je ne sais quoi . So out with lager and rugby and in with chardonnay and art particularly surrealistic art. But is Gary another Dali? Is Swansea Marina another Monte Carlo? And are the trio destined to lose their cash?
