Synopsis: | In an alternative present, outside London's city walls, Southwark is a lawless hinterland of corruption and neglect. The Suits plan to bring civilisation south of the river, but are the Barbarians happy with their lot or will they embrace the change? Beyond the Pale is a unique interactive theatrepiece, where the audience takes a hands-on role in the drama. Rather that watching the action unfold, Players become the leading protagonists by manipulating the characters and shaping their actions. | |||||
