Evan Farber grew up, a small town outside of Philadelphia. Upon graduating from Pennsylvania State University Evan moved to New York City, where his career began writing short plays for Manhattan Theatre Source's Spontaneous Combustion festivals in 2006. Evan's two one-act plays, One Night Stand and Fatherly Advice, premiered at Manhattan Theatre Source in New York's Greenwich Village in December of that same year. In 2007, Evan became a member of The Dramatists Guild of America and saw his one-act play, Blind Luv, make its premiere at The Bridge Theatre in New York's Theatre District. In 2008, Evan co-wrote a sketch comedy show, Skitz and Giggles, that was produced at Manhattan Theatre Source. That same year Evan was brought on staff to write for a television pilot, Heart and Soul, being produced by Alix Jean-Francois for CoLours TV. Evan has also worked as a freelance journalist, with his most recent article on the movie, American Reel, being published by Paracinema Magazine this past summer. Evan's projects "Assisted Living" and "The Adventures of James and Seth" are currently uder review by two major film studios. Evan currently resides in Henderson, Nevada, where he writes for the stage, television, and film.
