Chris Edmund began his directing career in London at the Gate Theatre and Riverside Studios, and has directed over 150 productions worldwide. He is currently Head of Directing at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He has recently taught at Dublin's Gaiety School and lectured on Theatre at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2002, Mr. Edmund directed in Hong Kong, Brazil, and the U.K. His play Paradise has enjoyed a highly successful season in Sydney, Australia.

Synopsis: | It is the summer of 1980, and a young English director leaves his girlfriend in London for a California production of Chekhov's Three Sisters.
