Synopsis:

It's 1986. A strange disease is making its way from the big cities to the folks out in cowboy country. Two cowboys meet in a bar called the Oracle. One, Eddy Tyrone, is a ranch hand from Corinth, and the other, a young guy named Ned, is from Thebes. Next morning both men are feeling pretty lucky. Thebes and Corinth - what are the chances? But questions crop up about Eddy's wandering years, the time he spent out in San Francisco. Eddy has some purple spots on his back that won't quit either. Ned doesn't know to run from love or stick to what his heart is saying. In the end, Ed decides to face up to his past and forces Ned into a public affirmation of their relationship. 'Brokeback Mountain' meets 'Oedipus'.
