According to Kevin Dobies, "I began writing in the first grade. Back then I wrote about dinosaurs. Now I write about people. Little else has changed." A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, he studied English and minored in Theater. He recently completed a short movie, Good and Clean, which evolved from a story he originally wrote and performed as a monologue. His current writing projects include a contemporary adaptation of a play by Moliere, and a novel.

Synopsis:

A garage band tries to break into the most competitive business in the world: show business. Rob Cantwell is the lead guitarist/vocalist for Ace Bandage, a local rock band desperate to break onto the national scene. Synopsis:

When corporate lawyer Jonas Elkanberg's astrologer dies, Jonas loses his ability to make decisions. With the help of Rap Artist Fudge Master Swirl, he embarks on a quest to find some one or something to make his choices for him. Along the way he discovers politics, finds religion, dabbles in masochism, and realizes that not everyone has his best interests in mind, whatever they may be.
