Born in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Delgado teaches acting, directing and playwriting at Montclair State College in New Jersey. The author of plays that have received honors in thirteen national competitions, his works have been aired on PBS and produced Off Off Broadway. He also edits the annual "Best Short Plays" and is the author of a college acting textbook, "Acting with Both Sides of Your Brain", published by Holt, Rinehart, and Winston in the fall of 1985.
