Synopsis: | Deadheading Roses is the story of a rose gardener named Johnny who runs to the desert without food, water, or gas in her pickup, knowing she will either find death or a miracle. Her only faithful friend is her pet fish, Hagar, who she has selfishly brought along on the journey. As Johnny confides to Hagar the story of her exile, she receives several mysterious visits from those closest to her. Based on the story of the prophet Hosea, this imaginative tale brings to light a side of the spiritual most have yet to consider. | |||||
