Synopsis:

Alone in a room full of scattered pomegranates, a grandfather clock and a dressing up box, The 'Blackbird' shares the secrets of her past, her obsession with movie trivia and the disturbing reason she's in love with the man upstairs. This one-woman show is the story of a kidnapped woman, held captive for four years in the basement of her kidnapper's home and the effects of her isolation with only her own imagination and infrequent visits by the kidnapper as comfort.
