Synopsis:

When Gia runs away from home convinced that she is transforming into a rabbit, her younger sister Krista is left alone to deal with her disturbed and perverse half-brother and caretaker, Todd. Suddenly, dead rabbits start sprining up all over their backwoods hometown of Abernathy, and the townspeople persuade themselves that a deadly plague is on the wind. Can the town's inept young doctor, Micah, save the populace from self-destruction? Can Krista escape the influence of her controlling half-brother or is it already too late for her? Only the rabbits know for sure.

Synopsis:
