David Commander wrote, directed, produced and acts in "PIGGY", the first of a series of shows that takes comedy into a dark and unfunny hole. Commander has worked the last seven years with New York's Big Art Group (www.bigartgroup.com) and has toured through 11 countries with the shows 'Shelf life', 'House of No More' and 'Flicker' as well as developing and performing in their latest piece 'Dead Set 2' in Germany and France. Commander has also performed at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater in New York as well as writing and starring in many short films in New York and Philadelphia. Experimental theater and sketch comedy are combined to bring you PIGGY, David Commander's stylistic foray into something stupid and meaningless.

David Commander and his cast play with puppets, live action, pre - recorded footage and chroma key technology on a stage of moving screens to drag the audience through a series of ugly truths. | |||||
