| Synopsis: | the story of Chris Campion, front man of the seminal downtown indie rock-n-roll band Knockout Drops, and his strange odyssey that begins with him and the band first moving to Manhattan in the summer of 1993 and culminates on the evening of the blackout of '03. Campion spins these darkly funny autobiographical tales by interspersing multimedia content (twisted video and animation vignettes) to illustrate certain points in the stories, inhabiting left of center characters, and delivering songs from the attached soundtrack with the Drops." The title refers to three alcohol-fueled trips to the infamous Bellevue mental hospital. | |||||
