Synopsis: | The story of poor Widow Twankey, laundress to the Emperor Hing Kee and the Empress King Kee and the adventures of her good-for-nothing son, Aladdin. After securing the magic lamp with its great and powerful genie and gaining the hand of the Emperor's daughter, he is then tricked by the wicked Abanazar who steals the lamp and captures the Princess Willow. However, with help from the immortal Fairy Dewdrop, the beautiful Slave of the magic ring and Widow Twankey all turns out well in the end! Other characters include: Lap Sang and Sou Chon - the twin handmaids of the Princess, Wishee Washee - a laundry boy and Number 5 and Number 9 - two useless policemen. | |||||
