Synopsis: | This play was written for a 24-hour play festival, in which I drew a subject out of a hat to write a play overnight; the subject I drew was "Since you've been gone I can breathe for the first time." Synopsis: Villains of several fairy tales (The Big Bad Wolf, Troll, Witch, Step-mother, and Spider) all gather in a coffee/break room before setting out on their day jobs, as they discuss the perils of their various roles. For example, the Wolf has developed asthma; that along with his increasing age is causing him trouble blowing the pigs' houses down. | |||||

Synopsis: | Very loosely based on personal experience, this play centers around a couple that has been dating for 7 years, but have never so much as kissed -- he doesn't like to rush things. Turns out that he has another side to his life that he has never shown her, and she finds out what he's really like when he finally decides to introduce her to his other friends. This play was written for a 24-hour play festival, in which I drew a subject out of a hat to write a play overnight; the subject I drew was "good clown, bad clown." | |||||

Synopsis: | Three women enter a bar after reuniting at a high school reunion; one of the women has changed drastically after losing a lot of weight. Two men enter the bar, one of which has also had a drastic change of cutting off his beard and long hair. Each group notices the other, and discusses the possibility of meeting. There is no interaction of the two groups until near the end, when the men decide to use their best pick up lines to meet the women. This play was written for a 24-hour play festival, in which I drew a subject out of a hat to write a play overnight; the subject I drew was "Let's go to Myspace so I can Twitter all over your Facebook." | |||||

Synopsis: | A new reality show called "How Much Pain Can You Take Before You Pass Out" is airing live on national television. Three contestants have been selected to allow themselves to be inflicted with increasing amounts of pain until there is a winner. It is obvious from the start that the MC and the spokes model have already had a "relationship," which adds to the "live on national television" drama. Synopsis: | Things go missing in Fairy Tale Land, and it is up to Mother Goose, Old King Cole, and the Queen of Hearts to round up the usual suspects (the Witch, the Big Bad Wolf, the Step Mother, etc.) to find out who the thief is. Everyone is in for a surprise when the crimes are solved. All 30 characters have speaking roles, and consist of the Three Little Pigs, Hansel & Gretl, Jack & Jill, The Old Woman who lived in a shoe & her multiple children, plus many more. | |||||
