Simple and naive Frederick, nicknamed "Dumbkof" by his two older brothers, convinces Papa to let him go into the forest to cut wood. His two brother preceeded him, but were unsuccessful due to strange accidents that left them injured after refusing to share their food with a mysterious Old Woman. But when Dumbkopf meets her, he readily shares, and in return she helps him find a magical Golden Goose. His return trip home while carrying the goose, is hilarious as various townspeople become stuck fast when they touch each other. The strange chain of people makes the princess of the kingdom laugh for the first time in her life! For doing this, Dumbkopf marries the princess, and gets a long-overdue respect from his family. This magical play, filled with fun and humor, also shows that being kind and generous has its rewards.

Synopsis:

In this musical version of the French folktale, Stone Soup, itinerant musicians have been traveling through a land ravaged by a drought. Unable to find work the musicians are forced to sell their instruments to buy food and must make the musical sounds with their voices. They come to a village and ask for food but the citizens are unwilling to share what little they have. Undaunted, the musicians start boiling water in which they drop a stone, telling the curious villagers they are making stone soup. The villagers begin to contribute various foods until there is a large pot of delicious soup which all enjoy at an impromptu feast. In a classic case of can't see the forest for the trees, the musicians are made aware that their voices, which they've been using to make instrument sounds are lovely, and are encouraged to enter an area music contest at which they could win enough money to get back on their feet financially.

With no stairs, Rapunzel is unable to escape, but her long braids allow Mother Gothel to visit her every day. One day, a Prince and his Page hear Rapunzel singing and find her at the tower. After seeing Mother Gothel climb up the braids, the Prince follows suit. They fall in love, decide to marry, and plan for Rapunzel's escape. But their plan is foiled when Mother Gothel discovers it, removes Rapunzel from the tower, and confronts the Prince when he arrives. In anger, the Prince attempts to grab Mother Gothel, but falls into a bramble bush, which blinds him. For two years, he and his Page seek Rapunzel, and finally find her. Her tears restore his eyesight, so they can marry.

Synopsis:

Everyone has listened to the immortal yarn of Little Red Riding Hood and a hungry wolf. But it's rare we get a chance to get the infamous Wolf's point of view of this popular story. In this hilarious musical, however, our compassionate and sympathetic beast is understandably upset. He has been maligned for generations because of the well-known children's parable. Determined to defend his own good intentions, he reveals Red Riding Hood's real nature. . . rarely shown to the outside world. With an abundance of toe-tapping tunes, this side-splitting cuddly tale will show that there are two sides to every story.

Synopsis:

This wacky musical takes a second look at the classic children's tale. Mama Pig makes a deal with the Wolf--a kindly vegetarian--to get her lazy sons out of the house. The sons antics (reminiscent of The Three Stooges) contrast with the Wolf's sensibilities and Mama's good intentions. The Wolf's plan works but, in the process, he accidentally wrecks the first two pigs' homes. He is jailed for destruction of private property and attempted pigicide, thus giving him the bad reputation which persists to this day.
