Phillip W. Weiss was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from Brooklyn College, Phil embarked on a career in public service; at the same he pursued his interest in artistic expression, both as a writer and photographer. As a writer, Phil has authored numerous plays, books, essays and poems. As a photographer, Phil's work has been displayed at several venues in the New York City area. Phil has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe and maintains an avid interest in sports, movies, history and other cultural activities. In addition to his literary and photography work, Phil has also performed on the stage and is an accomplished singer. Phil is the founder of Phil's Literary Works LLC which produces staged readings of original plays. Synopsis:

A vindictive U. S. Army colonel orders an unpopular captain to go on a dangerous mission, accompanied by a squad of malcontents who are considered expendable.
