Synopsis: | Ann and Peter are a young married couple. Peter has been paralysed during active war service. The result of this means he is unable to have sexual intercourse. Anne desperate to have a baby arranges to have artificial insemination from an anonymous donor. It is illegal to do this without the consent of the husband. Peter discovers what Anne has done and is intensely jealous. He also thinks he knows who the donor is. His behaviour is so bad that Anne leaves and goes back to her parents.
