| Three sisters, Rose, Brenda and Harriet, the Cooley girls, have been separated as children and put into foster homes, their whereabouts and lives long lost from each other. Now some forty-years later one of the sisters, Rose, decides to find her lost siblings and once again reunite the 'girls'. All of the sisters have secrets, childhood wounds they wish to hide, so at first they are all reluctant to gather, but it is curiosity, the basic need to know what has happened to each other that finally wins out. It is when Harriet is forced to admit her most damning secret that this hard bitten and at time humorous play resolves once and for all the bond each shares with the other. | |||||

Synopsis: | Set in a New York apartment, That Winslow Woman, depicts what happens when the lives of a successful theatrical agent, David Todd and his wife, Mona and their neighbors, Cece and Aaron Love are interrupted by the news of a new neighbor, that Winslow woman. A neighbor, it transpires, who is not only famous but has a past history with one of them. The plot, as the say, thickens; as mistaken identity and clever dialogue carry the audience along to the surprising and hilarious final curtain. | |||||
