Notes:

40 min one act play 1 of four short plays exploring risk taking behaviour in young people Written by Nina Lemon in collaboration with Kirsten Hill, Tony Chessman, Annabel Morley and Robin Rathbone

Synopsis:

Jonny is a typical lad. He enjoys playing footie, hanging out with his mates and pursuing 'hot' girls. When his little sister Emily becomes the target for unwanted sexual attention, Jonny is forced to confront his own views of women and girls. For girls, this play offers the opportunity to reflect upon and explore the gender pressures all young people experience. For young men, they will be empowered to make decisions which support and enable their female peers. They will learn that the responsibility for preventing rape and sexual assault can lie in all their hands.
